I discovered Hypnosis and NLP many years ago (like when I was a teenager) and used it to better my life along meditation and visualization.
Approximately 3 years ago, I discovered EFT and started using it to help me deal with my, then, current situation which included a lot of emotional and physical issues. One of the exercises that is strongly recommended while doing EFT is something called PPP (Personal Peace Procedure.)
Through that work, a lot of things started shifting inside of me for the better. My outside circumstances wasn’t changing but I was. EFT at the same time, helped me tremendously with some physical issuesI had at that time, which was making my life extremely miserable. After all these changes, I became hooked, and started learning and working towards my certification and building my practice, and here you are now , reading all about me!
